The American-Swiss comedy Duo Full House are proud to announce the creation of a new monthly performance venue in Zurich. Inspired by the tradition of open stages in cities like New York, Milan or Berlin, professional artists and those who would like to be can try out new routines in front of a live audience. As emcees and hosts of each show, Duo Full House, together with an inquisitive public open to an eclectic mix of styles and genres, aim to provide a warm and rewarding experience for the artists.
The New Yorker Henry Camus and the Swiss Gaby Schmutz met at a festival in Verona, Italy, and for the past 15 years have performed around the globe as Duo Full House. Highlights of their international career include performances for King Hassan II of Morocco, the World Performance Festival in Japan, the Monte Carlo Cabaret, and television appearances in ten different countries. Their shows are a tumultuous potpourri of multilingual wordplay, virtuoso musical skills, and breathtaking circus techniques: Action-Comedy.
With this new showcase in Zurich, established professionals can try out new ideas and perfect routines, while newcomers can gain valuable stage experience.
